Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyers remorse. That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any quality issues, we’ll sort it immediately. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
